This team of senior students did a very good job handling this project as they completed their degrees. They communicated effectively and regularly, keeping me up to date on their progress and verifying their work was meeting our needs. They adapted as timing with another project changed, and affected the scope of work they could complete, and added in alternate approaches to address at least part of the needs that depended on the other team. They were able to guide us through fixing some of our account and accounting/bookkeeping issues with PayPal and Amazon, and with QuickBooks Desktop in part. The final outputs are very good - thorough, professional, and actionable. Our nonprofit now has templates and guidelines to use as we grow, including recommended practices, processes, and documents suitable for training support team members when we bring them onto our team. I highly recommend all of the team members.
